Recently, Bartech hosted a Brunch meeting at its headquarters in Hodonín, focusing on the role of data in transforming manufacturing processes. The event underscored the importance of production monitoring and the use of real-time data to improve machinery performance, workforce efficiency, material usage, and time management.
Jaroslav Šulák from ZAMET s.r.o. was among the speakers, sharing his experiences with the xMost manufacturing system, which is operational across 92 locations in five production halls. He discussed how integrating older equipment into their system has enhanced data visibility, aiding in daily decision-making.
The agenda featured several presentations, beginning with an introduction by Ing. Iveta Měchurová, followed by a session on practical optimization led by Petr Jahoda. Attendees also participated in a live demonstration of the xMost system, highlighting both hardware and software components, presented by Robert Knotek and Martin Kožík.
Additionally, the meeting showcased new functionalities within the xMost system, including an upcoming AI module that will suggest changes based on real data, aiming to further optimize manufacturing processes.
