A new position for a machine service technician has been established in Poland's manufacturing sector, supported by the European Social Fund Plus (EFS+). This initiative is part of a project aimed at activating the professional potential of unemployed residents in the Kościan district.
The project, titled "Activation of Unemployed Residents of the Kościan District," will run from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2026. It is being implemented by the District Labor Office in Kościan, which oversees job creation and training programs in the area.
This funding highlights efforts to reduce unemployment and equip individuals with essential skills for the manufacturing industry. The EFS+ is instrumental in supporting such initiatives across Europe, contributing to economic growth and job security.
