Hadocut GmbH, a family-owned mechanical engineering firm located in Kranenburg, Germany, has adopted WiCAM's PN4000 programming system to enhance its operational efficiency. This system, in use since 2004, allows the company to manage various cutting methods, including waterjet, laser, plasma, and oxyfuel.

A key advantage of the PN4000 system is its manufacturer-independent programming capability, which enables Hadocut to choose the most appropriate production process for each job. Managing Director Frank de Haas van Dorsser stated, "We cut the sheet with the machine that is best for the product and the sheet. WiCAM gives us this option – as we can control each machine with WiCAM’s programming system." This flexibility is essential for addressing the diverse needs of their clientele.

To meet growing demand, Hadocut launched its webshop in 2018, integrating it with WiCAM’s cloud-based calculation solution. This integration facilitates real-time data transfer between the webshop and the calculation tool, allowing for accurate calculations of external dimensions, weight, and running time for orders. As a result, sales prices for individual parts can be determined quickly.

Once an order is placed, the webshop communicates with the ERP system, which supplies data to the PN4000 programming system for production. This integration streamlines operations and enhances the customer experience.

Hadocut's implementation of the PN4000 system illustrates how digital solutions can optimize manufacturing processes, delivering economic benefits and effectively meeting customer requirements. The company's focus on continuous digitization and process integration has been pivotal to its success.
