A recent event at the National University of Lviv Polytechnic highlighted the presentation of the ESPRIT CAM system, organized by the company Pikart in collaboration with TwisT Engineering. This initiative has sparked considerable interest among students, with over 50 enrolling in a course focused on automation in design and production process programming.

The project is spearheaded by Andriy Chuba, the director of Pikart, who is not only implementing automated design systems and CNC programming in production but is also committed to investing in the education of future specialists. The collaboration aims to prepare students for real-world manufacturing challenges during their studies.

Pikart, alongside experts from the Ukrainian representatives of the ESPRIT system, has equipped the educational process with essential infrastructure, providing workspaces for technologists under special conditions and preparing additional training materials.

The key concept of this initiative is to train specialists who are ready to tackle actual production tasks while still in school. This effort goes beyond a mere educational project; it represents a systematic approach to workforce preparation for modern manufacturing. Importantly, this initiative is expanding beyond a single institution and is evolving through partnerships with both industry and educational entities.
