WEGOMA has launched the EV800, an advanced bending machine that enhances the capabilities of its predecessor, the EV Automatic. With a weight of 3200 kg, the EV800 is engineered for stability and reliability, making it suitable for handling larger profiles in contemporary manufacturing settings.
A key feature of the EV800 is its barcode scanning capability, which allows for automatic reconfiguration of the machine based on profile data. This feature helps to minimize operator errors, as a CCD camera continuously monitors the profile's position and starts the clamping cycle once it is correctly aligned.
The machine boasts an advanced control system that operates 13 servo axes, providing precise control during the bending process. Each head of the corner clamp can be adjusted individually, adapting automatically to the selected profile. This level of automation not only enhances operational efficiency but also reduces setup costs and the need for a tool inventory.
Additionally, the EV800's electronic system can store bending data, including specific bending points and profile supports, which are automatically configured when the profile data is recalled. Its universal knives are designed to work with various profile types, increasing its versatility in production environments.
With user-friendly software available in Polish, the EV800 is accessible for operators of all skill levels, making it a practical choice for modern production processes that demand both efficiency and precision.
