ZCC-CT Ukraine, in collaboration with SVP Promavtomatika, has expanded its range of milling tools to meet diverse machining requirements. The updated product line includes various milling bodies designed for different machine series, addressing a wide array of operational challenges.
The new offerings feature end mills from the FMA, FMD, FME, and FMP series, alongside chamfer milling tools from the CMA and CMD series. Long-edge mills, commonly known as corn mills, are available in the EMP03 and HMP01 series, while disk mills are offered in the SMP01 and SMP03 series. For T-slot milling, the TMP01 series is specifically tailored, and spherical mills from the BMR02 and BMR04 series are suitable for processing complex surfaces in mold and die manufacturing.
Additionally, ZCC-CT has launched the XMP01 series for plunge milling, which is designed for effective material cutting. The expansion also includes tangential insert holders in the FMD03-Kr, FME04-Kr, and FMP03-Kr series, accommodating double-sided inserts like the EMP09-Kr.
Beyond milling bodies, ZCC-CT supplies carbide milling inserts for CNC machines, available with both radial and tangential mounting options. Radial mounting is typically used for conventional milling applications, featuring series such as SEET, SEKN, SEKR, ONHU, HNEX, PNEG, RCKT, APKT, APMT, TPKN, and SPMT. Conversely, tangentially mounted carbide inserts are designed for heavy-duty machining tasks, allowing for significant material removal, including the LNKT, CNE, and XSEQ series.
